1930's Library Chair reupholstered in Tamasyn Gambell screenprinted fabric
Bauhaus inspired 1930's library chair restored and paint finished by Homeward. The sides have internal spaces to store books and magazines and have been painted a vibrant red colour. The rest of the wood has been painted with a blue/black which is rubbed back to reveal the red under paint.
The fabric used to reupholster the new deep foam seat pad is a bold, geometric screen printed design 'Abstract Square' by Tamasyn Gambell in red, navy, blue. All of Tamasyn's fabrics are hand screen printed in short runs in the UK using water based inks. The fabrics are carefully sourced from suppliers of eco friendly products. This is Homewards first time using Tamasyn Gambell fabric and we are really thrilled with the results!
The new foam seat pad measures 42cm x 44cm and is 16cm deep has a concealed zip and piping.
The chair measures 74cm high at the back is 61cm wide at the front, and 54cm deep.
